C Words

I was laying here, not sleeping when I realized that I never posted a couple of things. I've always hated some words that start with the letter "c". Basically any c-word to describe the female part, make me uncomfortable. There are a few and I really hate them. I'm thinking of 2 words off the top of my head.

So through this whole ordeal, I've found MORE c-words that I hate: cancer and chemotherapy. The way those words are used, people assume the worst. I tell people I'm getting chemo or going to a chemo appointment and they look at me like I'm dying. I am not dying. Yes, I look ok and don't "look like your sick". Augh! So I've officially banned 2 more c-words from our house.

At first, I told my husband that I wanted to ban all c-words from the house. He kindly reminded me that his name starts with a "c". Also cuddle starts with a "c". So we still have some c-words in the house, but they have drastically been reduced. Instead, I now say "I have my appointment this week" or "The drugs are making my stomach hurt". No more dirty c-words in our house.
