Well nothing new to report with the chemo or desmoid. Life returned back to "normal" or what will be normal for this year. Normal in my world is defined by feeling not sick Friday thru Tuesday. Wednesday I get my chemo and then feeling gross on Thursday.
This weekend my husband and I had fun mixed with sadness. It seems this year really isn't turning out to be my favorite year. On Saturday we hung out with friends at a lake house. I attempted to play wiffle ball but my stupid heart was acting up again. Thumping too hard and making it impossible to do any real physical activity. However, it was fun to see my friends.
We woke up on Sunday and heard some unfortunate news. My husband's childhood friend's father passed away. Being in our late 20s, it's hard to deal with anyone's parents passing away. We are way too young for that. Seriously, this year sucks.
My other new and not favorite side effect of my drugs is that I'm losing some hand-eye coordination. I'm getting annoyed. I keep dropping stuff, running into things and generally just feeling like a clutz. Now I wasn't exactally what you would call "coordinated" but things are getting worse.
I'm thinking my next post shouldn't be related to how annoyed I'm feeling or demoid related. Watch out, I'm thinking of posting my thoughts on... JEGGINGS!
